By accessing or using Loomo ("Service"), operated by Loomo ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Loomo is an AI-powered video production platform that transforms raw footage — screen recordings, Loom videos, and other media — into polished product demos, ad videos, and pitch content. The Service includes features such as AI editing, cinematic zoom, voice cloning, brand injection, and video export.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Loomo, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Loomo ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, transform, and store your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to edit, enhance, and generate video content. AI outputs may not always be accurate or suitable. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI-generated outputs.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights of others
• Use voice cloning features to impersonate others without their explicit consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service except through our provided APIs
• Upload malicious content, malware, or content depicting illegal activity

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and AI models, is owned by Loomo and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOMO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loomo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
