This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered video production platform ("Service"). Please read this policy carefully. Account Information

When you create an account, we collect information provided by your authentication provider (e.g., name, email address, profile picture). Account authentication is managed by Clerk, a third-party identity provider.

User Content

We collect and process the video files, audio recordings, images, brand assets, and other media you upload to the Service. This includes voice samples used for voice cloning features.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including: pages visited, features used, session duration, device information (browser type, operating system), and IP address.

AI Interaction Data

We collect the prompts and instructions you provide to our AI editing assistant, along with the corresponding AI-generated outputs, to provide and improve the Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process your video content using AI editing, voice cloning, and generation tools
• Store and deliver your exported videos and project data
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Communicate with you about the Service, updates, and support requests

We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform. These providers have access to your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect it:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud infrastructure and database storage (DynamoDB)
• Bunny CDN — Media file storage and content delivery
• OpenAI — AI-powered editing and content generation
• Google (Gemini) — AI analysis and processing
• fal.ai — AI image and video generation

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Amazon Web Services. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls, to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data and User Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes).

If you use our voice cloning feature, we process and store voice samples you voluntarily provide. These voice samples are used solely to generate AI narration for your videos. We do not use your voice data to train general-purpose models or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the voice cloning feature.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
